Delivery & Returns

Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom. Please join our mailing list to be notified when we start fulfilling orders from Europe and the rest of the world.

United Kingdom Delivery

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail (Tracked 48).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to dispatch and an invoice with the order. 

While we aim to deliver the products to you within 2-5 working days, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing the order and we may be able to quote for a faster delivery.

An order placed on a non-working day or after 11:59 am GMT on a working day, is deemed to have been received by us at 9:00 am on the subsequent working day.

Delivery charge is £2.90.

Returns

It is very important to us that you are happy with your product, and we’ll always act in good faith to resolve any issues you might have. 

If, upon receiving your parcel, there is something you are not happy with, please contact us within 14 days from delivery at info@naturelings.co.uk with your order number and the reason why you wish to return the product. On receipt of your email, we will get it touch to discuss what happens next. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the postal cost of the return. Remember to ask your post office for proof of postage and to keep this for your reference. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

The cost of the product will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the return, providing the products are in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged or is not in its original packaging in a resalable condition, will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
