Naturelings offers plant-based products, inspired by nature and free from harmful ingredients, made by hand in small batches a stone’s throw from the beautiful Epping Forest.
This website is owned and operated by Naturelings. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naturelings.
The terms presented here and in our Privacy Policy, set out the conditions under which you may use our website and services. By using this website, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
Our terms and conditions can change without prior notice and at any time. When such changes occur, they will be published on this website at the earliest opportunity. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions to ensure your compliance.
When using this website, you confirm that all information you provide to us is true, current, accurate and complete, and you agree to inform us of any changes at the earliest opportunity by contacting info@naturelings.co.uk. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details. Our online store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Description of Products
Our products are made by hand and may be subject to small variations in colour and size from the images on the website. If you are in any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.
Descriptions, photographs/illustrations and advertising on this website, are created and published by us for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the product described.
We endeavour to always publish the most accurate information on our website, however, we cannot guarantee, so far as the law allows us, that all information is up-to-date, complete or free from error.
Orders & Payment
To place an order, simply add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping basket on our website. Please note that, depending on your order, there may be delivery cost applied.
Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled; please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve made a mistake.
We reserve the right to reject any order, for any reason, regardless of whether payment has been made or received. This may happen due to price/description errors on the website or if a product is out of stock. In such cases, if a payment has been received it will be refunded.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays in cases where we are unable to obtain authorisation (regardless of the reason) for any payment that you make.
We retain the legal ownership of the products until we have received and processed full, authorised and non-fraudulent payment from you. Property in the products will be transferred to you upon receipt of said full payment. Risk in the products transfers to you upon delivery of the products.
Delivery & Returns
You will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to dispatch and an invoice with the order.
While we aim to deliver the products to you within 2-5 working days, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing the order and we may be able to quote for a faster delivery.
An order placed on a non-working day or after 11:59 am GMT on a working day, is deemed to have been received by us at 9:00 am on the subsequent working day.
If you have ordered more than one product, we reserve the right to deliver each of them separately.
Any liability for the non-delivery of products shall be limited to replacing the products within a reasonable time frame or issuing a gift card against any payment made in respect of such products.
We will not accept liability for non-delivery of products, unless you notify us via email (info@naturelings.co.uk) of the non-delivery within five working days of the date when the products would have been received by you.
You are required to examine the products upon receipt and will be deemed to have done so.
Products are considered faulty when they are received damaged (unless damage was stated to the customer at the point of purchase).
If, upon receiving your products, you believe that they are faulty due to a production fault, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.
You can return products for any other reason within 14 days of receipt of the order, providing the product is in its original condition. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the products suitably packaged and insured.
You should return your products as instructed by us and only after informing us that you are doing so. Remember to ask your post office for proof of postage and to keep this for your reference. The cost of the product will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the return.
It is very important to us that you are happy with your product, and we’ll always act in good faith to resolve any issues you might have. For more information, refer to our Delivery & Returns policy.
Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions are offered to customers, with an expiration date where applicable, via advertisements on this website or promotional emails. We do not offer cash or credit alternatives and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
Promotional codes are valid for one transaction on one account only, cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or a gift card, and cannot be applied retrospectively to prior orders.
We reserve the right to cancel or change any promotion or discount at any time and without notice.
When returning products purchased using a promotional code, you will be refunded the purchase price based on the promotion, not the original value of the product.
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A gift cards presented for use after the 12-month validity period has expired is not redeemable against any purchase. There is no cash or credit equivalent available.
Intellectual Property & Use
All content on this website (including but not limited to the text, images and logos identifying the Naturelings brand, products and services) is subject to various forms of intellectual property (including but not limited to any copyright, design rights and trademarks that we are or may be entitled to). Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be interpreted as granting license or right to use any trademark, design right, copyright or other intellectual property right of Naturelings.
Content from this website may not be used for any reason other than for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can request permission to use content from this website by contacting us at info@naturelings.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse your request on any grounds and with no obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal.
You can link to a page of our website as long as it is done in a way that is legal, fair and does not take advantage of or damage our reputation. The Naturelings Terms & Conditions shall prevail should there be any conflict with other more specific terms contained elsewhere on this website. If any provision of these terms and conditions is unlawful or unenforceable by law, the provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and rendered ineffective (to the extend required), without modifying the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. This severance will not affect any other provisions of these terms and conditions nor their validity and enforcement.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
